There is not much doubt that this is a case of someone lapsing into altered state. The person in this cases discusses with the "aliens" various topics that she knows about and there are indicators that are quite obvious in the conversation itself.
Mentioning ancient civilisations the less well known about Sumerian civilisation is totally ignored and there is no mention of other early civilisations. Everything spoken about is within the person's knowledge and can be picked at as it is all based on what was known at the time.
This is why single witness encounters -unless backed up by other evidence- are considerfed as Low on the credibility scale though they do tell us a lot.
