If It Was Only A UFO Landing Sighting WHY is It Classified for 111 Years?

Here is what the witness stated after an encounter in 1959:

‘‘If you have knowledge of the full events of that awful morning, you will realise, that to suggest that the UFO people are friendly is a laugh, as I know full well.’’

The air force and defence ministry to the highest level lied about the report and stated that they were treating it as confidential  at the person’s request. In fact it was classified as Top Secret and although some pages have been released the rest is Top Secret until “at least” 2070. 111 years of secrecy over a UFO landing case?

The suspicion based on what was declared is that the witness was in fact a percipient and may have had an onboard experience otherwise what were the “full events” of that morning? The supposed percipient has long since passed away so what reason is there to keep what happened Top Secret?

I do not give up that easily and I have already seen 30 of the 38 pages.
