 Sadly, 1957 was 64 years ago (2018) so it is unlikely that the adult witness is still alive or that, even if he were (he would be 75), anything new could be gleaned from this report is doubtful.

 

   This seems to be a very typical one-off incident.  A landing, we assume, and nothing more. In the 1970s when this report came to light there were generally no checks to look for time lapses.

 

   It may not seem like much but if true then this shows the typical landings we have on record.
